This is typically a temporary authorization hold from your bank, which should be released within 3-10 business days. No actual transaction occurs if the order failed. If the charge remains, please contact us with your details for immediate resolution.

How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey in real-time.
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated time. What can I do?
Please first check your tracking link for the latest status. If there's no update or a significant delay, contact us with your order number, and we'll investigate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can only modify orders that haven't entered the packing stage. To cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized/customized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect on our part.
How do I start a return?
Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization and instructions. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the funds to reappear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, but typically takes 5-10 additional business days.
